Three Year Plan and Budget
The Treasurer presented an outline 3-year financial plan which was approved by Council. This gives the Club (and especially budget holders) a structure to work with over the next 3 years. Council agreed the assumptions for a more detailed budget for 2019 which will be discussed and agreed at the November Council meeting.

Greens Projects
Chair of Greens reported that Greens’ projects over the Winter will include the following:
• Work to improve drainage of the 2nd green on the left green-side bunker and to the rear of the green.
• Commence work on the Men’s 9th/18th tees to realign with the fairway.
• Work to improve drainage to the front right of the 4th green.
• Remove trees and stumps to the front left of the Ladies 5th tee.
• Remove two silver birches on the bank between 5th/6th holes to improve visibility and safety from 5th tee and aid maintenance of the bank.
• Improve drainage in front of the 6th green (time permitting).
Fuller details will be provided in the forthcoming Autumn Bulletin from Greens.
Chair of Greens also reported that a “Gardening Group” is being formed by Gill Kay, to carry out much needed weeding and maintenance on the Georgia Bank.
