Thank you very much for everyone who played in the golf day today. It was great seeing so many of you from so many different golf clubs and finally we had a fine, sunny day. There were some good scores and we gave out several golf balls to those with 2s on the par 3s.
The results were as follows:
* 1st place - 41 points - Jenny Loughlin, Liz Stein, Brenda McNulty from Mere
* 2nd place - 39 points - Anna Pacini, Caroline Bond, Shirley Meldrum from Heyrose
* 3rd place - 38 points - Barbara Walsh, Sarah Nixon from Bromborough

The 2025 Hale Golf Club Ladies Autumn Open will be held on Friday October 3rd. The competition is open for booking and will follow the usual format:
* 9 Hole Stableford
* To be played in teams of three
* Two scores to count
* Refreshments will be available throughout the day
